Arif Mammadov, Azerbaijan's Ambassador to the Council of Europe (CE), has told Trend that Edward O'Hara, the PACE (Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe) Rapporteur for Studying the Situation with the Cultural Heritage in the Countries of South Caucasus, is expected to visit Azerbaijan till March 15, 2007. He also added that the agenda of the forthcoming visit of the PACE official was currently under final consideration.
Notably, Mr. O'Hara had plans to visit Azerbaijan and other countries of South Caucasus as far back as in autumn, 2006.
