Eldar Ibrahimov, the Chairman of the Permanent Parliamentary Commission on Agricultural Policy, stated on 2 April that occupation cases occur as a result of light penalties. "Appropriate changes should be made in The Criminal Code and the Administrative Punishment Code in order to prevent such cases," Ibrahimov urged.
