Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr.S.Ilhamgizi / Ahmad Oruj, the Chairman of the Azadlig Party, reported on 17 May that the hearing on the appeal of the Party against Karam Hasanov, the Chairman of the State Committee on State Property Management of Azerbaijan was presided over by Judge Rauf Ahmadov.
The Party's complaints were based on the State Committee's refusal to render the Party a headquarters.
Namik Ibrahimli, the representative of the Committee, filed a petition for the case to be considered for the Economic Court which was denied by the Judge.
The hearing has been postponed to an indefinite date due to the Committee's submission to the Appeals Court.
