Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr K. Ramazanova / The British Embassy in Azerbaijan announced the winners of 'Chevening Scholarship' program for 2007-2008. The ceremony was held on 8 August at the British Embassy.
As a result of the contest, five Azerbaijani students will receive master's degrees from London's leading universities.
'Chevening Scholarship' is financed by the British Government. The scholarships are offered in over 150 countries. Since 1994, fifty-four Azerbaijani students have studied through the program.
