An expert group of Russia's Emergency Situations Ministry arrived to Baku for assessment of durability of dwelling houses, RBK quotes the deputy head of Information & PR Department of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry, Victor Beltsov.

The expert group brought a mobile complex of String-2 with them which will be used for assessment of durability of the buildings constructed in Baku in recent years, Beltsov noted.
