Azerbaijani sportsmen will participate in the international tournament 'Imamali Habibi and Abdulla Movahid Cup' on free-style wrestling among adults to be held in Iran, Iranian news agency FARS reported.
The international tournament will be held July 31-August 1 in Gaimshahr of Iranian province Mazandaran.
Elchin Hasanov (55 kg), Jalal Suleymanov (60 kg), Rasul Hafizov (66 kg), Agil Guliyev (74 kg) and Javid Mammadov (96 kg) will participate headed by coach Namiq Guliyev.
Sportsmen will participate in weight categories of 55, 66 and 96 kg on the first day and 60, 74, 84 and 120 kg on the second day.
The composition of referees will include referee of the international category Vasif Aliyev.
In total, about 41 sportsmen from Azerbaijan, the U.S., Russia, Georgia and Armenia will participate in the tournament. Six sportsmen will participate in each weight category from the Iranian side.
