Azerbaijan will host a regional conference of the South Caucasus and Central Asia on the international program dedicated to students' free entrepreneurial activity, the Ministry of Youth and Sports said.

The conference will bring together representatives of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.

The goal of the program "Student in Free Enterprise" (SİFE) is the expansion of international relations of youth in the field of entrepreneurship and increase the knowledge of our teams taking part in competitions on the SİFE program.

Founded in 1975, Students In Free Enterprise (SIFE) has grown to become one of the largest tertiary-based organizations in the world. Student teams representing currently 48 countries, represent their country and their universities in the annual World Cup. In April, as a result of the championship of Azerbaijan, held under the SİFE program, Nakhchivan State University's student team won the championship. The team will represent our country at the World Cup competitions, to be held in Los Angeles Oct. 10-12.
