A criminal case has been filed against the officers of the military hospital of Azerbaijani Defense Ministry, located in Bayil settlement.

"A group of persons illegally dismissed from the hospital appealed me with a complaint of unlawful actions by the hospital chief Rena Hajiyeva," the chairman of democracy and human rights committee, MP Chingiz Ganizade told Trend.

According to the MP, after Hajiyeva was appointed the head of the hospital, she unjustifiably dismissed more than 20 professional military doctors and technicians, committed other illegal activities.

Ganizade said in connection with this complaint, he appealed to the Republic Military Prosecutor's Office.

In case of conducting operational investigation, sufficient evidences of corruption and bribery will be revealed, Ganizade said.

The MP said he hopes to restore the rights of those unjustly dismissed from job, and give a legal assessment of these offenses.
Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry has not provided any information on this fact.
