KHANKENDI, Azerbaijan, July 9. A group of Azerbaijani media representatives toured the Palace and Garabagh hotels in Khankendi, which were recently reopened by President Ilham Aliyev following major repairs and restoration on July 5, Trend's Karabakh bureau reports.
According to information, the Palace Hotel features a total of 54 different types of rooms.
Modern catering facilities have been established, including a restaurant with a lobby and open and closed terraces, accommodating 300 guests.
Additional dining options include a breakfast restaurant, Shirin Coffee & Bakery, Cafe Park-Fast Food, and Defne restaurants. The hotel's entertainment and recreation areas feature a spa center, sauna, indoor swimming pool, and gym.
Reporters were then given the lowdown on all the bells and whistles at the Garabagh Hotel.
In 2023, following the complete restoration of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity through 24-hour local anti-terrorist measures, repair, restoration, and reconstruction of the hotel began by order of the President of Azerbaijan. The reconstruction restored the building to its original appearance.
The hotel has been renamed Garabagh, its former name. All amenities have been created for the convenience of guests visiting Khankendi, including rooms of various categories and a restaurant. The hotel also offers facilities for business meetings and events.
Improvements have been carried out in the area surrounding the hotel.
