The first deputy chairman of the Democratic Party of Azerbaijan (DPA), the candidate of the Azadlig bloc from the second Binagadi constituency в"-9 Sardar Djalalogli lodged a complaint to the Constitutional Court (CC) on the ruling of the Supreme Court. There is no still any response to his complaint, the lawyer of Djalalogli Gurban Mammadov told Trend.
Mamdov said, he is waiting for the decision of the Constitutional Court in regard to the results of the parliamentary elections. In case CC does not examine the complaint or uphold the suit he will appeal to the European Court.
In the complaint Gurban Mammadov demands, that the decision of the Central Election Committee (CEC) on canceling the results at the second Binagadi constituency в"-9 is to be revised and Sardar Djalalogli to be announced the winner at this constituency.
