The Azerbaijani ombudsman, Elmira Souleymanova has held a seminar on future re-run elections in the Guzanli village of Agdam district. Ombudsman carried out educational works among the local population, observed the situation in the area and preparations for the elections, the ombudsman apparatus told Trend.
She has held the meetings with both ordinary villagers and municipal officials. Souleymanova emphasized the importance of having transparent and democratic elections.
The ombudsman visited the local police department and suggested improving conditions of the detained there persons.
