The reserve of the blood bank will be increased by three times in Azerbaijan, Chingiz Asadov, the head hematologist of the Health Ministry, told today,Trend reports.
Touching on the donor blood from abroad, Asadov noted that the Ministry of Health doesnt consider this question. However, due to emergency situations such as military action, the blood may be received in line with humanitarian and international organizations, added Asadov. There are all necessary materials in Azerbaijan for blood transfusion in enough volume.
