The member of the House of Lords of the Parliament of Great Britain Baroness Vivien Stern who is presently in Azerbaijan has visited the Bayil Prison on October 3, Trend reports quoting the British Council.
The Baroness was accompanied by the Director of Edinburgh Prison David Croft. In addition, they will hold a meeting with the Azerbaijani judges on October 4.
In the evening, the British Baroness will meet with the young leaders of Azerbaijan at the Baku State University, who are potential candidates for the program of The John Smite Fund. Accompany the Baroness at the meeting will be the Deputy Director of the John Smite Fund, Johanna Lamb who is also in Baku.
On October 5, the delegation headed by Baroness Stern will hold a press conference.
