BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 10. The export value of Türkiye’s defense industry products increased from January through October 2022, the Turkish Ministry of Trade told TurkicWorld, Trend reports on November 10.
According to the ministry, this figure amounted to $3.3 billion, up by 36.4 percent on annual basis.
"Türkiye exported defense industry products worth $464.5 million abroad in October this year, which is 54.1 percent higher than the same month last year," the ministry said.
In the last 12 months (from October 2021 through October 2022), Türkiye exported defense industry products worth $4 billion.
