PMD Hospitality Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Uygar Kocas as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Management Board.
With over 25 years of impressive experience spanning the US and Turkey, Uygar Kocas brings a wealth of knowledge and global experience to PMD Hospitality Group. Most recently before joining PMD Hospitality Group, Uygar served as the Multi-Property General Manager for JW Marriott Istanbul Bosphorus & Sheraton Istanbul City Center where he implemented new strategies and demonstrated top financial performance. Prior to this, he held leadership roles for over 12 years at The Marmara Hotels Collection, where he has been instrumental in driving business results, evolving service levels, and product quality.
Recognized for his strategic brand vision and consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences, throughout his extensive career Uygar also performed as a Chairman of Marriott International Turkey-Azerbaijan Business Council.

In his new role, Uygar Kocas will lead PMD Hospitality's existing portfolio of brands as well as the upcoming re-branding projects. He will guide the company's growth, increasing the Group's national footprint, enhancing operational efficiencies, and developing the guest experience through new partnerships and digital innovations.
In his free time, Uygar loves doing sports, especially running. He has the latent of playing guitar alongside singing. Foremost of all, he enjoys spending time with his family taking care of his kids.
