BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 18. The average price for renting commercial facilities in Baku has increased over the year, CEO of Azerbaijan's MBA (Marketing, Business, and Analysis) Consulting Group Nusrat Ibrahimov told Trend.
"The average cost of one square meter of commercial facilities in July 2023 grew by 9.53 percent compared to the previous month and by 27.98 percent on an annual basis to 5,064 manat ($2,980)," Ibrahimov said.
He stressed that, in the capital, the total volume of offers on the rental market of commercial facilities in April this year amounted to 822 (an increase of 19.3 percent compared to the previous month and by 1.99 percent year on year).
As of January 1, 2023, the average cost of renting commercial properties in Baku was 4,551 manat ($2,680).
