Azerbaijan’s Khazar Inshaat company is involved in the construction of major multi-story buildings located in Yeni Gunashli settlement in Baku, a source in the company told Trend.

This includes construction of a housing estate on the territory of the Yeni Gunashli settlement in Baku, according to the source.

“In total, eight multi-story buildings are planned to be built in the Yeni Gunashli settlement within this project,” the source noted. “Three buildings are almost completed, they will be commissioned before the end of this year. The remaining five buildings will be built during the next year. The company plans to complete the main part of the work in each of these housing estates by the summer of 2020. Apartments consisting of 1, 2 and 3 rooms with an area of ​​40, 60 and 80 square meters are being built in multi-story buildings. The cost of one square meter is 1,200 manat ($707.3).”

The source added that before the end of this year, the company will begin installation of metal structures in two buildings of the housing estate.

High-quality building materials without harmful chemical impurities are used. In particular, concrete ‘B-25’ made in Ukraine, fittings and pads used for smoothness of concrete are made by the German Peri company, and Firat pipes and electric cables manufactured by Imkacable company.

Khazar Inshaat construction company has been operating in Azerbaijan since 2003.
