Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / The State Securities Committee registered issue prospectus of ordinary nominal non-documentary stocks of Turanbank OJSC in the amount of AZN 1.5mln, with face value of a stock making up AZN 1,000, the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) reported.
The stocks will be placed through open subscription on the BSE. Standard Capital LLC will be the underwriter of the placement.
All those interested in the placement may apply to an organization which is a member of BSE and has a brokerage license.
