Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. I.Khalilova / The State agencies on the compulsory medical insurance are formed, in Azerbaijan. The agencies will be established at the Cabinet of Ministers by the order of Ilham Aliyev, the Azerbaijani President.
The establishment of the medical social insurance system is implemented within the framework of the reforming of health system and the improvement of the medical services. The State Fund on Social Protection of Population, proposed its participation in the medical insurance taking into consideration the experience of accounts on the social insurance. The key difficulty in this process is the management of the expenditures of the State agency. There is a need to form a net of health protection.
Examinations in the sphere revealed that some $200mln is spent for the medical service, yearly. There are medical insurances only in some of the Azerbaijani joint enterprises and companies.
