Azerbaijan, Baku, 17 March / Trend corr U. Ismayilova/ Azerbaijan's Parliament intends to develop the Code on Construction, Ziyad Samadzade, the chair of the parliamentary commission for economic affairs, said on 17 March.
"The idea about the creation of this law emerged from the development of country's construction field," Samadzade said.
There is a Law on Town-planning, Law on Investments, as well as legal acts, managing construction work in Azerbaijan. But, Azerbaijan does not have a special Law on Construction.
According to the public organization participants of Real Estate Market, the internal property market is the largest one in the country and it sells about 4,900-5,000 premises per month.
