Azerbaijan, Baku, 28 April / Trend corr. U.Ismayilova / AKKORD, the largest building company in Azerbaijan has completed its second residential project in the Narimanov District of Baku on 28 April. The building was constructed through long-term credit conditions.
The new 16-storey building consists of 2 blocks and 200 apartments. The building has been constructed to withstand earthquakes and also has a drainage system. It has a centralized ventilation system, heating, permanent cold and hot water, as well as a 24-hours anti-fire system.
In March 2008, AKKORD completed its first residence block in the Khatai District of Baku, based on long-term credit conditions
