Azerbaijan, Baku, 1 July / Trend / Azerbaijani Investment Company (AIC), Export and Investment Promoting Fund of Azerbaijan (AZPROMO) and juice manufacturers Milk Pro and Saf have signed a MOI to establish joint stock company to manufacture juice - Azeri Fruit Co.
The joint company was established to further develop manufacture and sale of juice, promote export and to introduce international standards.
According to MOI, the assets of Milk Pro and SAF will be combined and AIC and AZPROMO will invest in the combined production.
AIC will make decision on investments after the business plan is developed. The company plans to attract foreign portfolios and strategic investments and contribute to the introduction of advanced cooperative management.
