Azerbaijan, Baku, 29 July / Trend corr. U.Ismayilova / The prices for construction materials have dropped by 3.7% in Baku as for June, the public organization 'Participants of real estate' said. From early 2008, the prices for construction materials have increased by 11.3%.
The share of materials manufactured in Azerbaijan comprises 40%.
The monitoring was held on 38 types and 84 differences of building materials. An increase was observed on 15 types, decrease on 10 types and stability for other 59 types of construction materials.
The rise in prices was mainly observed for acoustical ceiling (49.7%), bitumen (30%), glass (29.6%) and other materials.
Drop in prices was observed for wood (4.3%), channel (6.4%) and insulating materials (2.8%).
Under the results of monitoring, drop in prices was caused mainly due to summer season.
