Prices on the housing rental market fell 5.6 percent from January, the MBA Group consulting company said. Market activity fell 7.9 percent in February, and the price index - 2.4 percent.
The average price for apartments in Baku is 599.4 manat per month, one-room apartments - 319.2 manat, two-room - 457.4 manat and three-room - 550.5 manat.
Apartments rentals from 350-630 manat added 53.5 percent to the portfolio in February. One-room and two-room apartments are leased at 400 manat and three-room apartments - 650 manat.
In February, the rental market share in the total real estate market portfolio in Baku was 21.5 percent.
