Prices on Baku newly-built buildings fell 2.5 percent in Feb.

Prices on one square meters of housing in Baku fell 2.5 percent and reached $1,078 in Feb. compared to $1,106 in Jan., Estate Market Participants public organization said.

In Jan., the construction of 550 buildings was continued. The number of construction companies engaged in construction was 202. Majority of buildings under construction account for Yasamal district (26.7 percent), Nasimi district (20.5 percent) and Khatai district (19.3 percent).

Average room indicator in the newly-built buildings was 121.4 square meters, average bloc indicator 2 and 3 and storey indicator 15.1.
