German companies EWC and Hoshtief prepared construction project of the international air building in Ashgabat upon order of national air carrier Turkmenhovayollari (Turkmen airlines).
Several European companies pretended to this big project, including construction giant - French Bouygues. It was represented at the meeting with the Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov, official Turkmen source said.
Head of Hoshtief AG Gerbert Lutkeshtratketter and director of East West Connect (EWC) Rudi Lamprecht are on working visit in Ashgabat. They stressed great interest in establishment of long-term business relations with Turkmenistan.
Cooperation can cover participation of companies in project to create national tourist zone Avaza on coast of the Caspian Sea.
Mr. Lamprecht headed famous German company Siemens AG. Many joint projects were realized between this company and Turkmenistan.
