'Caspian Agro-2009' exhibition held in Baku is an indicator of the dynamic development of agriculture in Azerbaijan, Azerbaijani Agriculture Minister, Ismat Abbasov, said at the opening ceremony on Oct.6.
"I believe the companies will be able to create partnerships to improve the export potential of Azerbaijan's agricultural production in today's [Oct. 6] exhibition," Abbasov added.
Some 85 pavilions of 10 countries have been presented in the exhibition, Abbasov added.
The Agriculture Ministry, Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) are the organizers of the exhibition "Caspian Agro-2009", which will last till Oct.9, in the Sports and Exhibition Complex named after Heydar Aliyev.
