In Azerbaijan, on October 25 at 5:00 the time will be moved back one hour in connection with transfer to the winter period, the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents of Azerbaijan said on Oct. 19.
According to the decision by the Cabinet of Ministers on transition to the summer time in the territory of Azerbaijan, each last Sunday in March the time is moved forward by one hour and on the last Sunday of October - an hour back.
