Program of voluntary pension insurance for migrant workers is drawn up in Kyrgyzstan, Aigul Ryskulova Labor, Employment and Migration Minister said at open parliament hearings Monday, news agency "24.kg" reported.
The measure is taken to protect native migrant workers. "At least one or two percent of the transferred to the homeland money will supposedly keep on personal account of a worker in the social fund. When migrant workers are not able to work, they can use the money if required," Ryskulova added.
