Azerbaijani bank develops risk cards

Azerbaijani Parabank is developing new risk cards under the new bank's project for 2010, the bank treasury department director Elnur Agayev said. 

According to Agayev, the bank has increased its statutory capital by 1.5 million manat under the project

"The bank will take a decision on further capitalization based on results of January - June 2010. The bank does not intend to increase its capital before," Agayev said  

The bank cooperates with many international financial institutes and loan organizations such as Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB), Commerzbank AG (GEM), TBC Bank (Georgia).

The bank's shareholders are eighteen individuals (99.9525 percent of shares) and two legal entities (0.0475 percent of share)

On Jan. 14, the official exchange rate is 0.8028 manat to $1.
