A workshop is being held for trade association representatives and private entrepreneurs in Georgia July 21-26. The workshop is held in the framework of the U.S. Commercial Law Development Program under the auspices of the U.S. Department of Commerce.

A workshop is being held for trade association representatives and private entrepreneurs in Georgia July 21-26. The workshop is held in the framework of the U.S. Commercial Law Development Program under the auspices of the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Sectoral meetings and site visits will be held in Tbilisi, Kutaisi and Batumi. Lectures will be also read on, "How to Increase Georgia's Export Under a Generalized System of Trade Preferences," and "How to Meet U.S. Import Requirements and Standards in the Agricultural Sector."

The workshop opened today at the Tbilisi Marriott.
