The Azerbaijani Mortgage Fund operating under the Central Bank, carried out the first payment on registered non-documentary unsecured mortgage bonds, the AMF said.
"Day of payment was postponed from July 31 to August 2, as it fell to a day off," a message said.
The issue was registered in the Azerbaijani State Committee for Securities December 30, 2009. The total emission hits 75 million manat, with a nominal value of each bond worth 1,000 manat.
Annual profit on bonds is 3.25 percent.
Deadline for payment is scheduled for December 11, 2019.
Placement began February 1, 2010. At present, the total allocation hits 49 million manat.
