The State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Protection under the Azerbaijani Ministry of Economic Development destroyed about 600 kilograms of expired products, the ministry said.
Monitoring were conducted in Binagadi district of Baku, as well as Kurdemir, Ganja, Sheki, Siyazan, Absheron area.
Expired products - sausage, pastry, butter, milk and dairy products, canned foods, soft drinks, fruit juices, beer were confiscated.
Administrative measures will be imposed towards physical and legal entities.
