Azerbaijani Parabank launched training for the operators and loan experts July 2, the bank said.
Employees of the bank's head office and its 18 branches participated in the training. The main topics of training were general banking services, improving the work with clients, increase in speed and quality of rendered services. A test examination was held followingthe training within the certification program. Employees, who successfully passed the exam, will get compensation and increased salary.
The bank is cooperating with international financial institutions and credit organizations, such as Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), International Finance Corporation (IFC), the Black Sea Bank of Trade and Development (BSTDB), Commerzbank AG (Germany) TBC Bank (Georgia).
