Turkmenistan has announced international tenders for the development of the Avaza resort on the Caspian Sea.
The Balkan Province Administration announced international tender for design and construction of the Center for recreation and health for children and adults with the landscaping of the adjacent territory in the national tourist zone "Avaza".
All interested organizations, enterprises and foreign firms are required to:
-submit a written appeal expressing desire to participate in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, his legal status, country of registration and banking details;
-obtain tender documents by paying 600 manats
- Get the technical requirements;
- Read the "Rules of the tender of construction projects."
Bids are accepted from 9.00 am until 18.00 local time.
Account for money transfer will be presented when submitting a written application.
Deadline for submission of bids is until Sept.30.
Bids should be delivered to the address: Balkanabat Ave Makhtumkuli, 6, the Balkan Province Capital Construction Office. Bids will be accepted after the receipt of funds to the account.
