The Azerbaijani Ministry of Taxes registered the Trade House of Dagestan and the Trade House of Derbent in August through the "single window" section of the ministry's official website, the ministry said.
The founders of the Trade House of Dagestan and the Trade House of Derbent are the Russian joint-stock commercial land bank Derbent-Credit and Shahdash. The companies each registered with an authorized capital of 100,000 manat. The legal representative of the companies is Ahmedkhan Gurbanov.
