Technikabank refutes accusations voiced by AMAY company director Abdullayev Abdullah at a press conference held on September 20, the bank said.
"Abdulla Abdullayev made these irresponsible statements to evade the obligations. Indeed, JSC Birlikbank and some other companies associated with the company AMAY have credit debts for Technikabank. Despite the repeated extension of loans, the credits were not paid," a statement said.
According to a report, AMAY failed to meet its obligations to the government, banks and some organizations.
Technikabank fully complied with existing laws," the message said.
According to the report, the bank did not estimate the plant, owned by Abdullayev, and did not consider it as collateral.
"The bank has no claims to the plant," a statement said.
