"During the April events in Kyrgyzstan, Turkish businessmen suffered $ 7 million of damage from looting," Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said at a press conference after talks with Prime Minister Almazbek Atambayev, news agency "24.kg" reported.
"I know about such figures, and my colleague Mr. Atambayev also knows about them. Of course, we will provide Kyrgyzstan with the support and assistance in attracting investment in the future. But this support must come primarily from the Kyrgyz authorities themselves that the investment would come not only from the Turkish businessmen, but also with the West," he said.
