Iranian processed iron ore production increases

Azerbaijan, Baku, July 4/Trend/

Iron ore concentrate production in the first three months of the solar year reached 7 million tons, the Mehr news agency reported, quoting the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization.

By the end of spring, production in domestic companies reached 6.991 million tons and the production level had a 4.4 percent growth compared to the same period during the last solar year.

Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Co., with 2.428 million tons, had the highest production level in the first three months of the solar year.
Meanwhile, the Golgohar and Iran Central Iron Ore Company stood on a lower level by producing 2.47 million tons and 1.626 million tons of iron ore concentrates and aggregation.
The Mishdovan mine had the highest production growth by 92 percent while Jalal Abad mine and Chadromlu recorded 6.9 percent and 6.3 percent production growth.
