Uzbekistan will carry out the phased application of 'single window' principle related to export sales from Oct. 1 in the test mode.
Uzbek President Islam Karimov's resolution "On measures on eliminating red-tape and further increasing freedom of entrepreneurship activity" was published today in local media.
Based on the document, the new procedure will ensure the simultaneous implementation of customs clearance, declaration, certification, sanitary and epidemiological surveillance and other organizations involved in the process of customs clearance of goods.
The Cabinet of Ministers was tasked to approve until the end of September a temporary position on the implementation of export on the "one window" principle.
