The Turkish company Cotam Enterprises Ltd presented Turkmenistan new projects. That was announced during a meeting of Turkmen President Gurbangulu Berdimuhammedov with Turkish Company's CEO Muammer Agym today.
Turkish company presents new projects in Ashgabat

The Turkish company Cotam Enterprises Ltd presented Turkmenistan new projects. That was announced during a meeting of Turkmen President Gurbangulu Berdimuhammedov with Turkish Company's CEO Muammer Agym today, the Governmental press-service reported.

During the meeting, Agym informed Berdimuhammedov about the implementation of projects in Turkmenistan. The sides proposed some new initiatives to further deepen the cooperation.

Cotam Enterprises is Turkmenistan's major and long-term business partner in the sphere of textile industry.

Berdimuhammedov stated that Turkmenistan is interested in attracting advanced technologies and studying experience of the world leading companies, which contribute to modernization and comprehensive development of the key spheres of Turkmenistan's national economy.

The Turkish-Turkmen partnership is regulated by around 100 documents signed at intergovernmental and interdepartmental levels.

The Intergovernmental Turkmen-Turkish Commission for Economic Cooperation has operated since 2008. Today, about 600 Turkish companies operate in various spheres in Turkmenistnan.
