From January to September, Turkmenistan's budget revenues were executed at 121.4 percent.
During the reporting period, the budget funds were directed primarily to the payment of wages, pensions and state allowances, as well as scholarships.
Trade turnover growth hit 114.9 percent compared to the corresponding period of 2010
The revenue is formed at the expense of such sectors as oil and gas, chemical, power generation and construction. The 2011-state budget includes a growth of agro-industrial complex, transport, telecommunications, textile and food industries.
It was also expected that in 2011 revenues will grow at the expense of private sector development. It was also planned to privatize a number of unprofitable state enterprises.
