Kazakhstan agriculture increased production with 36 new units

Thirty six new production units were commissioned in the agricultural sector of Kazakhstan during 2011. Their construction is financed by KazAgroFinance as part of an investment project being carried out rural areas, the press-service of JSC KazAgroFinance told.

There are three modern dairy complexes with high quality foreign bred livestock, seven vegetable stores of varying sizes all fitted out with high-tech equipment for the storage of products, two greenhouses and six projects to build breeding farms among the commissioned facilities.

In addition a number of new industries grew out from the processing sector. Among them the production of dairy products, a mini-factory for milk processing, three projects making mill equipment, an abattoir, the production of bread and bakery products, a meat-processing complex, feed mill and a production line of pasta and noodles along with a processing line of broiler ducks.

There is now a factory producing specialised agricultural aircraft in the Karaganda region and one for the production of pipes and accessories for greenhouses in the South Kazakhstan region, all commissioned using financing from KazAgroFinance in 2011.
