Azerbaijani bank’s shares included in Baku Stock Exchange’s non-quotation list

Texnika Kapital Menecment LLC applied to CJSC Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) for inclusion of Muganbank ordinary registered book-entry shares to the non-quotation list of BSE. The start of the OJSC " Muganbank" s shares placement is planned to be held beginning from November 5, 2012, BSE said today.

The issue volume is 10 million manat.

Quantity of shares is 50,000 with par value of 200 manat.

Underwriter is Texnika Kapital Menecment.

After placing the new issue, the bank's share capital will be increased to 30 million manat.

MuganBank has been operating since 1992. At present, there are 30 branches and two offices of the bank.
