The State Securities Committee (SSC) of Azerbaijan registered an issue prospectus of ordinary registered undocumented shares of OJSC AtaHolding to the amount of 38.85 billion manat, SSC stated in its report released on Friday.
According to the report, to date the authorised capital of the holding is at the level of 83.9 million manat, and so after the new issue, will grow to 122.75 million manat.
The authorised capital of AtaHolding is mainly used for the development finance, information technology, industry, services and tourism. The holding which started functioning in 2003, invests capital in various sectors of the economy, including management of financial and intellectual resources, as well as corporate governance.
