Kazakh company to supply sportswear to Russia

Kazakh sportswear manufacturer KazSPO-N which produces sportswear under the ZIBROO brand signed a long term contract for a total of seven million euros for the supply of its products to the Russian Federation

Kazakh sportswear manufacturer KazSPO-N which produces sportswear under the ZIBROO brand signed a long term contract for a total of seven million euros for the supply of its products to the Russian Federation, a report from the Kazakh National Agency for Export and Investment Kaznex Invest said.

According to the report, the contract was signed with a ski equipment centre in Moscow which specialises in the sale of professional sports goods and equipment in Russia.

The signing of the contract for the export was held in Sochi at the IX International Congress on winter sports, tourism and active recreation which was organised on the eve of the Sochi Winter Olympic Games 2014.

With the financial and organisational support of the Kaznex Investment Agency, the KazSPO-N company also presented its new collection of sportswear and alpine skiing clothing to potential buyers.

According to the agreement with the ski equipment centre, the supply of clothing under the Kazakh brand ZIBROO to 10 regions in Russia (Moscow, Kazan, Izhevsk, Syktyvkar, Tyumen, Petrozavodsk, Ukhta, Tula, Kirov and Cherepovets), as well as to Belarus for a total of 600,000 euros is expected before the end of this year.

In 2014, exports will amount to 1.2 million euros and the sales network will expand up to 15 regions of Russia. In 2018, these figures will amount five million euros and 20 regions, respectively.
