MTS Turkmenistan economic society, a branch of the Russian MTS company, has announced an open request for proposals.
What is involved is the signing of an agreement on construction of radio subsystem facilities in the Akhal, Lebap, Balkan, Dashoguz and Mary provinces.
Bids will be accepted from the date of publication of notification till Jan.31, 2014, 17:00 (local time). The organiser will stop receipt of bids at 17:00 (local time).
