Kazakh insurance company Eurasia increased its authorized stock capital by 11 percent up to 53.876 billion tenge (182.02 tenge =$1)

Kazakh insurance company Eurasia increased its authorized stock capital by 11 percent up to 53.876 billion tenge (182.02 tenge =$1), Novosti-Kazakhstan reported on May 5 referring to the company.

"Strategic increase in stock capital resulted from significant increase in the company's activity in the countries of the Customs Union, the European Union, as well as in the Southeast Asia", the company said.

The company said that its authorized capital makes up 48 percent of the total authorized capital of all Kazakh insurance companies.

Earlier Eurasia reported about its plans to increase capitalization up to 75 billion tenge by 2017.

Kazakh Insurance Company Eurasia was created in 1995. Nowadays the company operates in more than 75 countries.
