The "Turkmengaz" state concern announces a tender.
The subject of the tender is the purchase of technological and drilling equipment (bits, check valves, cementing couplings).
It is offered to apply (the applications are not accepted from offshore companies) to participate in the tender; indicating full name, legal status, country of registration, requisites; to familiarize with the tender rules; to get the specification of the lot, the technical requirements and the basic terms of the contract; receive an invoice for payment of funds in the amount of $500 or equivalent in manat (excluding VAT and banking costs) for one lot of participation at the tender free of charge.
The tender bids will be accepted until 16:00 local time on July 11, 2014.
The account for transfer of money will be specified upon submitting a written application.
Tender bids in two envelopes will be considered after receipt of funds in the account.
The first envelope should contain full technical specifications and requirements for the offered products, as well as all the necessary tender documents. The second envelope should only contain (technical and commercial specification) prices of the offered products.
