The number of primary registration transactions increased by 3.0% and made up 127,450 units (23,945 primary and 103,505 secondary) in April-June, compared to the same period last year, according to the National Agency of Public Registry.
Some 18.8% out of the total number of registration transactions accounted for primary, and 81.2%- for secondary transaction in the second quarter of the year. Approximately, the same trend was observed in the second quarter of last year: 19.7% primary and 80.3% secondary transaction.
The number of primary registration transactions in the second quarter of this year fell by 1.6%, and secondary increased by 4.2% compared to the same period last year.
At the same time, the number of primary registration transactions increased by 15.2%, and the secondary 5.3% compared to the first quarter. The total number of registration transactions increased by 7.2% in April-June compared with the first quarter of the year.
